Methodology used in this course

1º COMMUNICATION  WITHIN  THE GROUP:

In our group the comunication is very good, we talk to each other every time we have a doubt. We do it in a respectful way. Everyone is open to tell their thoughts, opinion or things like these. When we have a problem, we tell potential solutions.

2º  SHARING  OF THE WORK

In our group, LEMA, we take very seriously the amount of work we do, it is essential to respect each other in this aspect. We do a meeting every week to organize the work. We also spend some time talking about our things, to disconnect a little bit.

3º ADAPTATION TO WORK IN A GROUP

We are different with each other, different personalities, different thoughts, but the adaptation was really easy. We support each other. 

4º  OTHER DISADVANTAGES

I don´t see more disadvantages in the group, we are very confortable. Our common goal is learning a lot and passing all the exams.

B)   POSITIVE ASPECTS :

Every one in the group apports different knowledge, we learn from each other. 
We support each other in all decicions.
The main advantage is that everyone helps each other, and contributes for the best of the group.
